MELDEG 1/10 is an ultra-concentrated degreaser designed for cleaning heavily soiled surfaces.

Suitable for vehicles, facade cladding, PVC, steel, aluminium and tile joints.

Effectively removes oil, grease, hydrocarbons, diesel residues, brake dust and soot.

It can also be used as a powerful cleaning booster in combination with other cleaning products, such as MELWASH 17, at a ratio of 1:10 or lower, depending on the application.

MELDEG 1/10 is particularly suitable for cleaning all types of vehicles, including both construction vehicles and passenger cars.

A simple spray application followed by rinsing with water is sufficient to remove contaminants such as diesel residues, brake dust, mud and insect residues.

MELDEG 1/10 is also highly effective for cleaning tile joints that have become blackened over time or due to weather exposure.

It is suitable for cleaning PVC surfaces, painted aluminium, facade cladding and steel panels.

MELDEG 1/10 can also be used to remove tyre marks from surfaces and kerbstones.

For heavily contaminated roofs, MELDEG 1/10 can also be used to enhance the performance of moss-removal products by adding approximately 10% MELDEG 1/10 to the quantity of ready-to-use moss treatment product.

MELDEG 1/10 is readily biodegradable and complies with the Ministerial Decree of 8 September 1999 concerning cleaning products intended for containers that may come into contact with foodstuffs.

Applications & dilution

MELDEG 1/10 can be used neat or diluted and may be applied by spraying, sponging or soaking.

Depending on the level of contamination, the product may be diluted with up to 10 parts water.

Important precautions

Always carry out a preliminary test to verify the resistance of the surface.

Avoid use on:

• light alloys;

• untreated aluminium;

• older vehicle bodywork.

Avoid direct contact with solar panels and windows. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

For metal facade cladding, MELDEG 1/10 is generally applied as a degreaser and rinsed off with a high-pressure cleaner after approximately 10 minutes.

Recommended dilution:

• Metal facade cladding: 1:10

• Coloured or painted facade cladding: up to 1:20
