Shipping & returns

Shipping

Deliveries are handled by DHL unless otherwise stated. If the shipping method changes, the customer will be informed via the email address provided when placing the order.

Orders are generally dispatched within 30 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the order has been shipped. Any delivery delays caused by the carrier are beyond Meldrone’s control.

If the customer notices any damage or missing items upon delivery, this must be reported immediately to Meldrone at info@meldrone.be.

Refunds

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the purchase amount, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

Meldrone may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery;

  • products which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;

  • digital content supplied without a physical medium where the customer has expressly agreed to the immediate performance of the contract.

Returns & right of withdrawal

Customers have the right to return their order within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason.

To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@meldrone.be within the withdrawal period, stating the order number and the goods being returned. The customer may use the standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

​

Returned items must be sent back within 14 calendar days of notifying Meldrone of the withdrawal to:

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. These costs are estimated at a maximum of EUR 125, depending on the shipping method and the weight of the parcel.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

  • If a product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, Meldrone reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the product.
